My approach in 4 simple steps
1. Listening
Reconnecting with the Body
The first step is learning to slow down and listen to the signals of your body.
Chronic symptoms, tension, and emotional reactions are not random but messages from the unconscious trying to reach awareness.
Through learning somatic awareness, you begin to notice what your body has been expressing all along.
Only when we listen, we can accept what is.
2. Decoding
Accepting the Message
Every persistent symptom or emotional pattern often reflects unprocessed experiences, suppressed emotions, or inner conflicts.
Instead of fighting the symptom, we explore its meaning and emotional roots, allowing the unconscious material behind it to become conscious.
This is where the hidden story behind the body begins to reveal itself.
3. Integration
Releasing What Was Frozen
Once the underlying emotions and patterns are recognized, the system can begin to release what has been held in the body.
Through emotional release and psychosomatic work, the nervous system is allowed to complete processes that were previously interrupted.
This restores inner coherence and homeostasis between body, mind, and psyche.
4. Alignment
Stepping into Self-Leadership
As your inner system reorganizes, you begin to live in deeper alignment with your inner resonance and authentic needs.
Instead of reacting from unconscious patterns, you develop the capacity to respond consciously.
From this place of clarity and embodiment, you naturally step into self-leadership—creating a life that reflects who you truly are, inside and outside.

Who am I?
My name is Mathias Rojahn (friends call me Mathi and i consider my clients friends as well as seeing all beings as a part of my family).
I work as a trauma-informed spaceholder, breathwork facilitator, and emotional release practitioner. At the core, I help people meet themselves in their raw, human truth.
Without trying to change them, fix them, or impose belief systems, my work is about seeing someone as they are, so they can start seeing themselves. I draw from multiple modalities—breathwork, somatic trauma release, parts work (IFS), inner child healing, and subtle psychological attunement. I also work deeply with the physical body and its stored trauma, both in-person and online.
